Great location in Barra da Tijuca!
Great location in Barra da Tijuca! Super friedly staff! Very big room. Nice breakfast, continental with amazing brasilian fruit! In the room plugs type C and N. Splendid view on the ocean from my suite!
The room was very humid and smelly.

I’d rather stayed somewhere else paying more for a better service
The breakfast provided was ok. Besides that, the view is amazing, especially early morning.
First of all, I was very disappointed with the previous place I booked and had to move to this one trying to enjoy the last days of my vacation with my girlfriend. I booked for a penthouse. When I arrived in the hotel, I was informed that it was not available because of water leakage and, due to that, I would sleep in a normal apartment but would be moved to the penthouse next day. The fact is: I was moved but not to my penthouse. At the end, I didn’t have the penthouse and when I complained about it with the “manager”, he did not show any sign of empathy, talking in a bad tone with customers and not giving a considerable compensation due to the chaos of his business its embarrassment. I could also notice a total lack of effective communication among the staff in such a disorder. Because of this whole stress, my nervous system got affected and I got sick, wasting one whole day of my vacation in bed. Unfortunately, it was my girlfriend’s very first time in Brazil and we had to leave it with such a negative experience. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone!

Not worth the price
Polite staff but booking.com did not have accurate pics they say partial view for ocean n we get there we look at a building back wall we had to pay extra to get a partial view !

The nicest stay in Rio for a deacent price!
The location is just perfect either for busines trip or for a good rest on one of the niciest and peaceful beaches in Rio. The very good service and willing to help in any situation we needed it, was aways there for us! We had very good advices about tourist practicality and nice places we had to visit during our stay.
Nothing that I can say "I realy didn't like it"!
